2024 Updated Post

Hello, 

I hope you are well if you are reading this. 

Over on my about me page, I have put a 2024 update on there to keep track of the little things that are happening in my life that are about me.

This little post, I just wanted to give a better overview of that.

I have also experienced much more in life from the last time I used to write on here (probably as I am having to adult more). 

Well here goes..... 

The biggest thing in my life that's happening over the last few years is, I have a boyfriend!! I am one of those ladies that never thought I would be saying that, let alone saying we have been together for 3 years now and are in our first home together. He has been the biggest part of my life and when people say that you can't remember what it was like without your other half, they are right! Also, it was 100% meant to be too (I will have to write about it, even if it is only me reading it in a few years). 

Covid- ovs a massive part of everyone's lives. I did get it and I was off my feet for about 2 weeks, got through it with a good diose of Disney and YouTube. I was on furlough with a company that I had started an apprenticeship with and I did all my training and learning at home. 12 months I think I did in the end. Other than the things I did for my course, I didn't learn much else. As a family we did do the virtual quiz every Thursday. Lots and lots of gaming on my Switch helped me get through all this too, too many hours!

I have become in love with gaming even more than I used to love it. Think covid helped to get me into some games. I went through the Animal Crossing craziness, Zelda kept me busy for a while until it got too hard for me to get through the big bosses. Anddddd.... Minecraft!! I love this game. Me and my boyfriend still play it together and make little homes and go on adventures looking for new things and just trying to stay alive in it. I do go through moments when I pick it up for a few weeks and play for hours on end and then I will move to another game. Did Call of Duty for a while with our friends, played cities skylines, transport fever and now just got into Planet Zoo. 

I am still into makeup, I think I might have put a video on here before on what used to be in my make-up bag. I still use some of the same products that I used back then. But, I would like to think that my daily make-up for work has got much better since. I do get quite a few people mention or remember me by it. Pink and blue eyeshadow are my favourite colours to use. 

Got back into reading recently and also binge watching many shows and movies or just watching hours and hours of YouTube. 

I am going to leave it there for now and I might pop on and write a few more this year.

Have you ever wanted something soooo much that you can't stop thinking about it all the time? A Letter To My Younger Self

Dear Me (aged 13), You will soon feel like you just want to give up, but it gets better trust me. There will be times that you will feel like you want to completly give up on life, but you don't need to because there is light at the other end. All you need todo is hold you head up high and say to yourself "I CAN DO THIS NO MATTER WHAT" You might not know this right now, but you are stronger than you think. You have more will power than anyone else around you, don't forget that. The girls that are with you right now, they aren't your friends. You need to understand that they may try to hurt you emotionally nearly everyday during you time at school and when you go home you will feel helpless, but you are so much more stronger than you think. As hard as it sounds take in what they are saying to you. You won't think that it is the best thing todo at the time and it will be hard, but all that pain and sadness will help you with everything else later on. I

AVON

I can't believe this. Hey everyone, just want to write a quick post today. I went to work the other day and one of the girls is an Avon representative! Me and my mom have been trying to find someone who does it for ages. Arghhh I'm so excited cause we really love Avon but we haven't been able to get anything for a long time. I know that we could have gone online but it is a lot nicer looking in the book. As soon as the order comes I am going to share what we both got and how much each item was (it's so cheap). My mom used to always get Avon products until the representative she used decided to just leave 😢 I don't think that she has really gotten any really good makeup since then so I think when I brought the book home she was really happy happy just to get her old makeup back.
